En muchas ocasiones no le prestamos importancia a lo que conlleva cepillar el cabello<\/strong> o simplemente desenredarlo y es por esto que muchas veces los hacemos de forma incorrecta. A pesar de que es una labor diaria, habitual y sencilla no lo realizamos de la mejor manera para evitar reventarlo y que se caiga.<\/p>

Un buen peinado<\/strong> comienza a desenredarse en las puntas, luego los medios y por \u00faltimo la ra\u00edz, esto evitar\u00e1 que hayan tirones y enredos en nuestro cabello. Pero esto no pasa, generalmente siempre comenzamos el proceso al contrario. Es recomendable peinar el cabello cuando este se encuentra seco y antes de comenzar a lavarlo  ya que al estar h\u00famedo el cabello se vuelve un poco m\u00e1s d\u00e9bil y puede reventarse con facilidad.<\/p>

NO OLVIDES  EL ACONDICIONADOR<\/strong><\/p>

El acondicionador <\/strong>es un elemento esencial al momento de lavar nuestro cabello y mucho m\u00e1s en los casos donde este se encuentra reseco y da\u00f1ado<\/strong>, si por el contrario  tu cabello tiende a ser graso es recomendable utilizar una cantidad m\u00ednima ya que puede generar peso cosm\u00e9tico<\/strong> y sensaci\u00f3n de grasa en la parte de la ra\u00edz.<\/p>

ANTES DE DORMIR\u2026<\/strong><\/p>

Comienza con la rutina de cepillar tu cabello antes de dormir, esto trae muchos beneficios para su salud<\/strong>: limpias los residuos de poluci\u00f3n y suciedad<\/strong> que se acumularon durante el d\u00eda y se enredar\u00e1 menos al dormir.<\/p>

Que significa esto? Pues bueno, seg\u00fan expertos en belleza y cuidado capilar debemos peinar el cabello por dentro ya que con esto se logra que las puntas obtengan una forma natural hacia adentro, evitar\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n el encrespamiento<\/strong> de las cut\u00edculas<\/strong> y como resultado tendremos un cabello m\u00e1s sano y brillante.<\/p>
